- our kitchen handles gluten regularly and we cook all of your pizza bases in the same oven so can’t guarantee no gluten on any item, this includes the gluten-free bases which are not suitable for coeliacs.
- pizzas with Bechamel (pesto and mushroom & Ooh Mami) also contain gluten (wheat) so customers should be advised to remove this ingredient if wanting low gluten.
- We regularly handle sesame seeds, anyone with an allergy to sesame should be advised we cannot guarantee no cross-contamination.
- we use Cashews in our pesto and as such cannot guarantee no cross-contamination from nuts.
